The service here is quite excellent with the staff being attentive to the appropriate degree and so well choreographed. The cuisine is also quite excellent, the vegetable cookpot was a presentation of vegetables and fruits as a truly delicious dish which showed the admirable genius and expertise of the chefs.

London is just so lucky to have Helene Darroze cooking for the culinary aficionados of this metropolis.Elegance, attention to detail, delicious food, great wine and drinks list, variety of options on no-low alcohol, vegan and vegetarian options and service ware is just stunning (Hermes for example).The combination of kitchen and dining room team is just second to none and particularly the Chef&#39;s Table is by far one of the best ambience, value for money you can find in London.

很經典的日式裝修，靜物的布置很巧妙

到店的時候人挺多坐了室外露天位置，點了三明治和沙拉，三明治是開放式搭配裏面有牛油果， 溫泉蛋，碎果仁，藤番茄，乳清芝士，鄉村麵包～東西豐富味道不錯子，沙拉是布拉塔芝士。

整個英國就四家米其林三星，真正在倫敦的只有兩家。一家是Gordon Ramsay位於Chelsea區，另外一家就是我這次去的Alain Ducasse，就在老牌奢華酒店The Dorchester。Alain Ducasse是法國人，在法國摩洛哥都有餐廳，全球唯一的香奈兒餐廳&mdash;&mdash;東京香奈兒銀座旗艦店頂樓的Beige也是他負責，是家米其林二星。因為整個倫敦就兩家米其林三星，所以雖然價格昂貴，仍然一位難求，要去的話一定要定位，餐廳官網就能接受預訂。我們點了2道不同的套餐，Tasting Menu是7道菜140鎊，seasonal menu是7道菜180鎊。菜品完全不一樣，可以都嘗試下。話說回來米其林三星究竟能有多好吃呢，其實也不用抱過分的期待，我認為米其林餐廳更多的是對食材原料的精選，料理的創意，調味的層次感與和諧。

當地的同事帶去的，是個地道的倫敦人，為人很有紳士風度，裏面的菜不過，因為同事帶來的，所以服務員很客氣，服務和遊客不是一個級別。

Regardless of the complexity of applied techniques, quality of ingredients sourced, or presentation replete with pomp and circumstance, the flavors must marry and the dish ultimately must taste good. And aside from the initial dish comprised of a toasted sesame crisp with radishes, I cannot qualify any of the following dishes as such. It was a disappointing experience.

A first class experience as one would expect from a top exponent of the art.  The only thing that was a little off putting was the smell of the seaweed served with the scallops.  A little overwhelming.  But otherwise flawless.

Amazing service and ambience. The food is pretty good, but I thought that for a 3-stars restaurant the food would be unforgettable.

Everything was perfect and the staff were very nice and adjusted the menu to my requirements while still making me feel I get the three star experience. My only comment is that it&rsquo;s too cold in the restaurant - the temperature is set for men wearing suit jackets, so a woman in a simple top will be cold.
